But even servants are due their honorifics. An older servant might be referred to as ป้า /bpâa/ (auntie). WebbIf someone was the same age as me but we weren’t close I’d use their name + 씨. I guess you’d use 씨 for a stranger older than you too though because you don’t use 오빠 or 형 until you’re closer. So close and same age is name + 아 or 야. IU would’ve used 씨 because they were born in the same year but they aren’t close. •
