WebI'm using GNU Radio Companion 3.7.11 on Ubuntu 18.04 with Python 2.7.15rc1. Do you know what could cause this? It doesn't seem like an issue with hardware or GNU Radio but maybe a version mismatch? Maybe the one I have expects blocks to follow a different API. WebOct 13, 2013 · I figured out the problem by launching Python interactively and trying the failing statement from gnuradio-companion.py manually, from gnuradio import gr which gave me ImportError: No module named numpy. That's when it clicked that the module loading was failing while loading its dependent modules, and pip to the rescue to solve that!

Remove them too. Then reinstall everything with pybombs. Since you're using pybombs, it's advisable to install everything in a prefix. e.g. ~/prefix/gnuradio. Chances are some method you tried to install GNU Radio has an incomplete uninstall for some reason.

I still want to figure out the cmake issues, but in the interest of keeping issues on this forum relevant to the project at hand (openlte), i'm working on this with the folks at the gnuradio-discuss forum.
