WebGlobal trade can only spawn in the country with the highest trade share in the highest valued trade node in the world. And Industrialization can first spawn in coal producing provinces in the highest valued trade node in the world. For the others you either need to savescum a lot or conquer all eligible provinces. WebAdditionally prioritize manufactories in provinces with high value trade good first => cloth, porcelain, paper etc. Do the same with 1-2 downward trade nodes and transfer trade.. normally that should be enough to spawn global trade. But I think the trade node north of korea (manchuria region is utter garbage regarding trade goods).
